Every business operates with a certain business ethic and our is no different. Here are our promises to you:

1. If we can't perform the tasks that you require, we will tell you up front, and when applicable, will recommend a competent technician who can.

2. All payments for service will be agreed upon before any work is done. There will never be any hidden fees. 

3. All work done on a system will be documented in writing. 

4. Your data is important and we will do our utmost to protect it! Further, all legal data will be held in the strictest confidence.

5. We do not condone software piracy. Absolutely no software will be installed on a computer without original disks and/or license keys being provided. Software activations will be the responsibility of the equipment owner.

6. Only required (and approved) service will be accomplished. If you don't need it, then it won't happen!

7. If security issues are discovered, they will be discussed with you. Remember however, that you dictate what work is accomplished and what changes are made.

8. When we acquire, in any way, an e-mail address from you, we will hold that address in the strictest confidence. It will not be willingly shared with any other business. Williamson's IT Services does not advertise via mass, unsolicited e-mails and so you will not receive any advertising from us through your "In Box".
